EA Legal Law Firm, based in Bodrum, one of Turkey’s most prominent tourism centers, provides legal services to both domestic and international clients in Turkey and abroad.
In particular, through our growing network of partner offices in Barcelona and Athens, we offer legal consultancy and attorney services to clients and consultants residing in Turkey on matters such as short-term and long-term residence permits, work permits, investor visas, partnership visas, golden visas, nomad visas for remote workers, and citizenship applications. Additionally, we handle applications for clients and consultants who wish to invest in Turkey or obtain short/long-term residence permits, work permits, and/or citizenship, offering consultancy and legal services across all areas of law.
Moreover, with our expert team in Maritime and Marine Tourism Law, we provide preventive and enforcement legal services both in Turkey and abroad regarding yacht/boat sales, flag changes and registration, contracts related to yacht construction, maritime claims, and yacht management.

Our Attorneys
Atty. Eylül AKAR
After graduating from İzmir University of Economics Faculty of Law in 2017, Av. Eylül Akar began her legal career by registering with the İzmir Bar Association. She completed her legal internship in İzmir, obtained her attorney’s license, and practiced law both independently and at various law firms until 2020. In 2020, she moved to Bodrum, where she continued her legal career.
In 2022, she founded EA Legal Law Firm, where she offers legal consultancy and attorney services in both English and Turkish to local and international clients from our Bodrum office. In 2023, Akar enrolled in the Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Marine Tourism at Dokuz Eylül University, graduating in 2024 with a final project titled “An Analysis of Charter Agreements and Illegal Charter Agreements in Marine Tourism Practices.”
Av. Eylül Akar primarily provides services in the fields of real estate law, maritime law, foreign investments and immigration law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, obligations law, civil law, and sports law.
Our Attorneys
Atty. Beraat Merve GÜR
Atty. Beraat Merve Gür graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2018 and completed her legal internship with the İzmir Bar Association. While pursuing her master’s degree at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2019, she also began her legal career under the İzmir Bar. In 2023, she continued practicing law in Bodrum as a member of the Muğla Bar Association.
Fluent in both English and French, Av. Beraat Merve Gür provides legal consultancy and attorney services to local and international clients. In addition to her qualifications, she has received training in mediation and conciliation. Av. Beraat Merve Gür primarily offers services in the areas of obligations law, real estate and zoning law, construction law, labor law, contract law, criminal law, maritime law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and family law.
